Yeah, Spring is finally here! Oh I much the kids and I have missed the good weather and the outdoors to play. Well it has been a while since we last updated our blog so I thought I would give you a little update on each one of us. Dad -After the month of March with all of us taking turns being sick, and then all sharing it a few times, April was a very welcome month. Not only did it bring in a good bill of health for the family but, on April 6Th Jeff started his new job with WJBradley. He has thoroughly loved it there and is doing a fantastic job as well. He started out as a Jr. underwriter which has four levels of proficiency or capabilities to which you are able to work at, which then determine what type of loans you can do. Jeff's supervisor has been very impressed with Jeff and loves his worth ethics. He knows what he is doing and dose a great job at it. Jeff has not even been there a month yet, and his boss called him into her office last week and just opened the last level, Which means that Jeff has been promoted from Jr. underwriter to Underwriter. The Kids and I are so proud of him and all that he has accomplished. Even though he was just given one promotion, he is already learning the things for a another promotion. Way to go Jeff. Along with a new job Jeff just finished framing the rest of the basement and is now working on the electrical to finish a room for Seth in the basement. For now it may be a play room, until Seth is old enough to sleep down there. He just planted two apricot, two apple, and one Maple tree, and has fished getting the curbing for the yard. Man do we keep him busy and not to mention his calling with the meetings and visits that he has. Thanks for all you do, we love you!! Emma- Well what can I say about Emma. She is a girl through and through. She loves to carry around her babies and can almost always be seen with a bag, if not more then one. She loves to be the mom and makes sure that we know she is a mom. She is still in love with princess and anything to do with getting married, dancing, and finding true loves kiss. If you ask her, she is going to the Temple to get marred to Josh Nye (one of her best friends next door). She loves to be the boss and most the time Seth is okay with that, as long as she gives him his space. Emma has learned how to ride a bike with training wheels and picked it up fast (just like here dad - fast learners). She loves to swing on the swing and pretty much anything else that deals with outside and friends. Everyone is her friend, even if she dose not know them, Which at times is a little scary, because she can be a little to trusting with some strangers. Emma sure has a heart of gold and sure knows how to make your day. Love ya sis. Seth- My daredevil you just may scare me to death. This little boy loves to explore anything and everything, even if you tell him it will hurt. Jeff is sure part of it is just the boy in him, but how would I know. To give you an idea of what I mean, I will share a story. About a week or two ago, I took the kids to the park with they Nyes (a family friend) the kids had a picnic and then were playing on the toys. Nothing out of the usual for a day at the park, that is until Seth decided that he needed to find a new way down. I guess the slides were no longer good enough so he went to the top looked down at the ground and flat out jumped. No hesitation, no thought about hurting himself, just jumped. He landed on his tummy and thankfully, was not to hurt. I think what hurt most was his pride. With in 2-3 min of sitting on mommies lap, has was back to playing and being crazy. (However, the next day we noticed that he was limping a little and badged up his knee, with in a few days, he was completely back to normal and running all over the place. I guess know I have clue of what I may be in for with two little boys. They really are rougher then girls and love the rough and tough. At least Seth does, I don't think he know how to play "softly" unless it is will Aaron. He to loves the outdoors just like Emma and if I would let him, he would be out there 24/7 minus sleeping time. He loves his naps, going to bed not so much, but he is all about his afternoon nap. Seth is also fascinated with anything that moves, wither it be cars, trains, boats, or plains. He loves them all. In fact he has a basket that he carries around with his favorite cars, motorcycles, plains, trains, and books about them as well. As for a big accomplishment with Seth, he actually stayed in nursery the whole time and didn't have to have mom or dad there. Yeah Seth, now lets just hope it happens again. (For those of you who don't know, Seth loved nursery when Emma was there with him, but ever since she has moved on up to Sunbeams, he will have nothing to do with nursery unless mommy of daddy is there.)We sure love ya Bud. Aaron- wow is he ever getting to be a big boy. He is not yet crawling, but that doesn't stop him from getting where he wants to be and moving all around on the floor. He simply rolls to wherever he needs to go, if he heads the wrong way he turns him self around and rolls some more. It is very funny to watch. He is getting close to crawling, buy getting up on his hands and knees and racking back and forth. I think the many reason is that rolling is a lot easier. He loves to play in his jumper and eat. Yep, that's right, eat. If Aaron could have his way he would eat all day. The bad thing, is that he dose not realize when he is full and so he over eats and then spits it all up later. Man can that little boy spit up a lot. I thought Seth was bad with his drooling, when he was younger, but I think Aaron has him beat. Aaron over all is a very good natured, happy little boy and know one truly believes me, until they watch him and realize just have easy and happy he really is. As long as you feed him every four hours or so and let him take his naps which is not hard to do, he just needs his blankie and he is golden. He loves to play on the floor with all his toys, not so sure about grass yet, but loves the outdoors. But not the park. We went as a family a few days ago and Jeff took him down the twisty slide which he was okay with, then he took him down the long slide and he freaked out. It sacred him so bad, he wouldn't even watch the other kids go down with out letting out a frantic cry, you thinks that is bad, you couldn't even be buy anything that was blue or you would get the same reaction. I guess we will save the park for when he is a little older. Aaron is very vocal and will let you know he is here. It's not a mad cry, or even just a cry. Just a lot of baby talk and Dada Dada's. Yep he says Dada Dada. Lucky dad. We love you Buba/Toad. Mom-as for me I am doing great. Not to much to report other then life is going good. There are some tough days and times I wonder if I was really cut out to be a mom of three, but those days are few and fair between. Plus, Jeff is great at giving me, my time. Just a few weekends ago, me and a few other moms went to Park City for a "girls get away" Man, was that fun. I just missed my family so much and kept thinking what it would be like to have them there. I guess once you are a mom, you can never really escape. We also went to Heber and rode the murder mystery train, with Sara (one of the moms with us) who one first place in figuring out the murder mystery. Way to go Sarah! Well I better go, this post is long enough as is. Hopefully I will post again before to long. Love, the Boonies
